This immersive experience will allow students to gain a deeper understanding of Tambo’s humble beginnings, his early education and political awakening, and his pivotal role in the African National Congress (ANC) and the broader anti-apartheid movement.

The tour will guide students through significant locations connected to Tambo’s life and work. They will visit his family home in the Nkantolo village, where he was born and raised. Students will also explore the halls of the school he attended, the Ludeke Training Institute, and learn about the formative experiences that shaped his values and commitment to the struggle.
