About St Ignatius College

St. Ignatius college is a Catholic Learning Institution which is owned by the Society of Jesus (Jesuits). The College offers Secondary Education under the Examination Council of Zambia (ECZ) at junior (grade 8 and 9) and School Certificate O-Levels at grade 12.

St. Ignatius College (the new name of Leopards Hill Jesuit secondary School) is a private non-profit Catholic Jesuit School situated in Ibex Hill, Lusaka. Established in 1979 by the Leopards Hill Trust, the school is one of the oldest private schools in Zambia. In 2012, the Jesuits took over the running of the school and continue today a tradition rooted in the Jesuit approach to education.
